Application:
It applies to make doctor blades, wheels for conveyor belts, industrial wheels etc.
Characteristics
: It is based on polyester polyol and MDI, use 1,4BD and TMP as curing agent
instead of MOCA. The wares have good transparency, rebound, abrasion property and excellent
mechanical property.
Operating point
Performed polymer temperature control is 85±3;
Chain extender temperature control is 75±5, assure the water content is below 0.05; Mould temperature control is 125±5.
Mix the prepolymer and chain extender(1,4-BD and TMP) , pour into mould curing ,then open the mould.
Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. If you cant use it up at a time, filling nitrogen gas and then
seal it. The storage time of original packing is 6 months.
