Pf102 coated sand resin is brown red and in strip shape with characterisics of being moisture-proof,lumps-proof and good Collapsibility:
It could be used for sand mold and sand core in casting copper and castig aluminum

Coating process for reference

The added quantity of parting sand particle size and resin is chosen according to size and strength of sand shape and sand core, and the temperature of adding resin should be 40~50°C higher than softening point of resin.
The mixed proportion of methenamine water solution should be:methenamine/water=1/2~2.5,and added quantity of methenamine should account for 12~15% of resin quantity.
The lube quantity added should account for 5~7% of resin quantity.

Package and storage:
With strip shape,packed with 25KG Kraft bag,inner with plastic vessel.
Put it in shady and cool place for storage,keep it free of direct solar radiation, and the package bag should not be stacked too high so as to avoid lumps.
