QE801 is the total dispersibility masterbatch to applied lastest pigment pretreatment technology, there have 70% TiO2. They have Better hiding power, dispersibility, flowability and tinting strength, all ingredients are accepted by Chinese State Food and Health Agency, they contact with foodstuff directly.
Application: Mainly used for lipuid packing film ( milk packing ), stretch ( sanitary towel packing ), punching film, injection, blowing, co-extruding, hollow etc.
Feature:
1. Sanitary performance meet the Standard of GB 9687-1988;
2. The highest temperature up to 300;
3. Excellent dispersibility, no pigmentosa of bigger than 0.03mm, less than 1.5 pigmentosas of less than 0.03mm;
4. Delay yellowness time;
5. Print multi layers films with good surface smoothess and glossy.
