•This product has excellent mechanical properties and physical properties since it is processed and formed by special techniques and a new high performance intensifier for synthetic materials has been added in the raw materials. Polymer materials with special functions are tough and elastic, and are capable of excellent resistance against creep, good geometrical stability, and anti-impact even at low temperatures. Such materials can be used in the development of the new and high-standard enganced precision parts that are light, abrasion resistant and of high specific strength, such as combined switch, brake disc and clutch lining of automobiles, precision gear, bearing, valve and household appliances etc. When used as friction materials in break discs, such materials are capable of preventing the big change in friction coefficient of the break disc, especially during long-time breaking; therefore, efficiency of the break disc can be maintained even when the temperature of the disc rises, which will improve the safety factor, reduce the wearing loss and prolong the service life of the break disc. Compared with friction materials made of asbestos, these materials are not only environment-friendly, but also have better comprehensive performances.
