A better clay capsulating agent with high molecular weight used to treat low solid drilling fresh water mud .
Copolymer of acrylamide and sodium polyacrylate
80A-51
is a macromolecule polymer. It can be compatible with other drilling fluid finishing agent and has a good thickening effect of fluid. In addition, it can improve ROP, prevent borehole enlargement, reduce down hole problems and cut mud costs. It can be easily dissolved in water with high molecular weight, but it can not be dissolved in ketones, esters, hydrocarbons and other organic solvents.
It is used to treat low solid drilling fresh water mud as anti-caving agent, flocculant, viscosifier.
Advantages:
1. Better clay capsulating agent
2. Excellent antistaining and heat resistance
3. Good settleability, flocculability and shear thinning.
