NYLON TAFFETA WATER PROOF COATING

BU-300 series is high crystalline adhesive with curing agent. It has been widely using for adhesion of pvc & nylon teffeta. It posses relative good Bonding Strength against platicizer migration.

Characteristics:

1.Excellent tensile strength (400 kg/cm), elongation (700%) and tear resistance.
2.Excellent heat, cold and flexible resistance.
3.Light color. BU-300 series will not influence original color of raw material
4.Excellent hydrolysis resistance.
5.Good water, oil, plasticizer, and solvent resistance
6.Good initial adhesion (above 6 kg/2.5 cm) and curing adhesion (above 14 kg/2.5 cm).
7.To meet critical heat resistance, please add curing agent (SL-75) abt. 3~5%.
