BH-040 series product is crylic acid resin of modified crylic acid, having good adhesiveness, lightproof and weather resisting property. Our company also developed various distinctive crylic acid resins according to the discrepancies in functionality, molecular weight and compatibility. Such kind of products is usually applied to silk-screen gloss oil, free-rendering roll coating gloss oil, and spray painting gloss oil of metal and plastic articles.
Such series product can strengthen the adhesiveness of hard-adhibited substrate and has excellent flexility, fine adhesive force between coats, and remarkable weather resisting property, being applicable to most composite membrane printing, glossing ink and spray painting formula of metal and plastic articles.
1. Appearance and Transparency: Yellowish liquid as clear as crystal
2. Viscosity: 30000 ± 3000cps (25 ) (rotary viscometer) (NDJ-79 type).
3. Acid Value: ≤ 5mgKOH / g (potassium hydroxide method).
4. Colors (Fe / Co): ≤ 1
5. Product should avoid the sun and rain. Stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from fire source.
6. The product is of low toxicity, but still need to avoid direct contact with skin, if the contacts should be washed immediately with soap and water can be.
