1 Product Description

PVC foaming regulator DLF series is a processing aid based on a high molecular weight resin. DLF series improve the processability and the performances of PVC formulations. It can be widely used in PVC profiles,sections, pipes, pipe fittings and low foam products to inhibit foaming or vesication.

2 Performance

Promotes gelation of PVC, improves hot-melt strength and visco-elasticity, stabilizes the microcells generated by lowing agents to achieve the low density and high strength of the foam.

Increase the surface quality of PVC products. Excellent dispersivity and rheological property in PVC resin processing; promote fusion in low temperature and increase fusion strength,elongation and elasticity.

Better dispersion of additives into PVC, more homogenous melt of PVC, etc. DLF series has been used in weatherable applications and is widely used in PVC building products.

Broaden the range of PVC resin processing,endow perfect surface gloss,get uniform bubble structure and low density using in foam products.
