Brief introduction of cationic polyacrylamide
Cationic polymer flocculant is a water soluble linear polymer, and its molecular weight is between
400-1200million.

It also can be dissolved in methanol and ethanol, but can not be dissolved in ketones, esters, hydrocarbons and other organic solvents. Cationic PAM showed electropositive in acidic or alkaline medium, thus it is effective in the treatment of coagulation and sedimentation with the suspended particles in the negatively charged sewage water. Such as the production of monosodium glutamate factory,sugar-production wastewater, high content of organic wastewater, beverages-production wastewater,and printing and dyeing wastewater. In addition, cationic PAM also can be used as chemicals i oilfield,such as clay anti-swelling chemicals and chemicals used in oilfield acidification, as well as enhancer chemicals used in papermaking.
Application
1) Properties for sludge dewatering sludge, and we can choose according to the corresponding grades of the product.
Can be effective in dewatering the sludge before into the filter .When it is in the dewatering process, it will result in a large floc, Non-stick fabric, won't separate when press. Flowing mud is thick, and dewatering effect is high. Mud Cake moisture content is below 80%.
2)for domestic sewage and organic wastewater treatment. With this product or alkaline media showed a cationic.
This suspended particles in wastewater effluent with a negative charge to flocculation, clarification is very effective, such as the production of grain and alcohol wastewater.
Papermaking wastewater, waster from the water treatment plant, better wastewater, sugar making wastewater, organic wastewater, fertilizer wastewater, and textile printing and dyeing water and so on. Cationic PAM is more effective than other kinds of PAM.
