Properties This product contains active sulfur, it can be played on the rubber vulcanization role in the heating mode, vulcanized rubber does not spout frost, high tensile strength, and has excellent heat resistance. It does not produce nitrosamines toxic gas like DTDM in the curing process, for it is safety and environmental protection-type curing agent.


Applications This product can be used for natural rubber and synthetic rubber to the body type of sulfur vulcanizing agent, to replace some or all of sulfur, DTDM and other bodies in the semi-effective and efficient vulcanization system. Mainly used in tire rubber inner, sidewall, tread rubber, triangular plastic, also used in gaskets, conveyor belts, automotive hose, rubber shock absorber and so on. This product with an alkylphenol group has a tackifier and antioxidant effect. Especially in the vulcanization of natural rubber, chlorinated butyl rubber, brominated butyl rubber, butyl rubber, EPDM and other rubber and plastic, when used to make them simultaneously curing, and the tensile strength of vulcanized rubber to improve resistance to excellent heat aging properties.
