PVC processing aid(YM-401)

Acrylic Processing Aid, Used in PVC Building Applications, Such as PVC Profile/Pipes/Panels/fences and PVC foam products
YM-401 is PVC processing aid .Its basic function is to improve the processing property and the fusion of the PVC.

Advantages:
Improve product quality in surface gloss and finish, more even thickness and weight, weld-line strength, tensile strength and impact efficiency
Permits broad range of processing temperatures and conditions
To get improved melt-elasticity and reduction of plate-out and melt fracture
Excellent dispersibility and good optical properties, under low-shear processing conditions
Improve process ability of high-molecular-weight PVC resin without significantly affecting its physical and chemical properties
Increases production output and improves yield
Low dosage and high efficiency
Application field:
PVC building applications, such as window profiles, panels, sidings, fences, pipes, fittings, injected parts and PVC foam products
Recommendation usage:
1.0 to 1.5phr per 100 PVC resin
