HL-220N is a fusion-promotion type processing aid developed by our R&D center. It is an acrylic polymer with lower-dusting, free-flowing powder form that improves the melt processing characteristics of PVC compounds. The PVC compounds adding high-molecular weight PVC resin is extremely difficult to be processed. the surface imperfections of PVC final products, like air streaks or melt fractures, are frequently encountered in calendered and extruded rigid PVC materials.
