3. Characteristics:
1).High flocculant capacity, fast and steady flocculant process. Forming small, firm and cut bearing floccules.
2).Low underflow W:V, low content of suspended matter, wide application, and strong volatility resistant capacity.
3). Prevent the red mud from expanding, little influence from temperature and PH value.
4. Using Methods:
1).Mix alkali solution into 0.5%-1%(w/w)at 40°C-60°C for agitation.
2). Mix flocculant 0.2%-0.5%(w/w) solution into alkali solution for agitation; CR series products should be stirred before dissolution.
3).Flocculant solution should be kept dissolved completely by stewing for 3o minutes in the tank, for the purpose of enhancing the using effect.
5. Packages:
CN series products are packed in 25 Kg paper plastic three-in-one compound woven bags, or according to users’ requirement.
CR series products are packed in ibc tank with net wight 1,000kgs, can also be packed in 25kg or 200kg plastic barrels.
6. Storage, transportation and Attention
CN series product can be stored for 6 months at a dry and ventilative situation; with sealing storage, it can be transported by both road and sea. Avoid contacting with iron, copper and aluminium.
CR series products are moisture absorbent, thus should be stored at a dry and ventilative storehouse to protect from damp and shower; with sealing storage, it should not be exposed to air and sunshine. Shelf time is 2 years.
