a.
the screw rotation should be slow at first ,and then adjust the screw rotation faster to match the request.
b.
fleshly blown film product feels a little brittle and crisp ,due to dehydration in production ,after 24 hours ,its function regains to normal plastics .
c.
the preferred blow-up ratio is 1:2.5, the height from die of orifice to the nip roll should be higher than 2.5m which to insure full cooling and prevent film blocking.
