TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
K10 Seal is a ready to use waterproofing membrane making it easy to use directly out of the container.
K10 Seal is extremely flexible enabling it to cater for limited floor movement while absorbing vibration.
Being a waterproofing membrane, K10 Seal prevents surface water penetration when applied correctly.
K10 Seal is a water-based product therefore it is non-hazardous and non-flammable.

WHERE TO USE
Can also be used to waterproof terraces, balconies, concrete roofs and cement toppings.
Provides a totally waterproof system, ideal for use in walls and floors in bathrooms and shower cubicles before laying ceramic tiles, natural stone and mosaic.
Waterproofing kitchen walls and floors and work tops before laying ceramic tiles and natural stone.

CONSUMPTION


When used with fiberglass reinforcing:
15kg of K10 Seal will cover approx 8-10m².
0.75 kg/m2 for first Coats of K10 Seal.
Applied reinforced woven-mat for second layer. And using roller to applied 0.5 kg/m2 of K10.
After two coats have been cured, the finish coat and using roller to applied 0.75 kg/m2 of K10.
These coverage rates are dependent on site conditions.

ACKAGING
K10 Seal is available in 15kg drum.
STORAGE
Up to 12 months in unopened drums, stored in an elevated, cool dry place.
