HL-708A is a new type acrylic impact modifier which was developed by our R&D center. It is acrylate copolymers and has an core-shell structure. The core is an high-molecular weight acrylic polymer and can improve the impact strength of PVC products. The shell is methacrylic polymer, can blend with PVC resin, so ACR impact modifier HL-708A can not only improve the impact strength of PVC products, but improve the surface-gloss of PVC products without damaging its inherent property.

1. Basic formulations: PVC 100 Phr, calcium carbonate 5 Phr, calcium stearate 0.7 Phr, lead stearate 1.0 Phr, basic lead phosphate 2.5 Phr, stearate acid 0.2 Phr, titanium dioxide 4 Phr, PE wax 0.15 Phr, ACR impact modifier 8 Phr
2. Testing conditions: mixing roll 187°C x 6 min.
