Use:
(1) Industrial waste water treatment:

For the neutral or alkaline waste water with pH value of 7-14, large suspended particles and ions of positive charge, it has the best treating effect, such as the waste water from iron industry, electroplating factory, metallurgical industry, coal washing, etc..

(2) Drinking water treatment:
When the drinking water still does not meet the standard after the treatment of the precipitation and filtering, then the APAM can be used as the flocculant. Its dosage is 2%-5% of that of the inorganic flocculants, but the effect of former is dozens of times of that of latter.

Anionic polyacrylamide (APAM)
Main Application
Anionic PAM: Oil-displacing agent of oil field tertiary oil recovery:
It can adjust the rheology of filled water, increase the viscosity of driving liquid, improve water drive wave and efficiency, lower water phase permeability in ground layer, and enable water and oil to flow forward at even speed. Its effect is that it is mainly used in tertiary oil recovery of oil fields in the aspect oil production, and raw oil of about 100 to 150ton more can be produced through filling the macromolecule polyacrylamide product one ton.
Anionic PAM: Well drilling mud raw materials:
in oil field exploration and development and exploration of geology, water and coal, it is used as adhesive of well drilling mud raw materials, can improve the service life of drill bits, improve the drill speed and drilling footage, and reduce plug in replacing drill, and has prominent well slough preventing effect, and it can be used as fracturing fluid of oil fields or plugging agent of controlling profile and plugging water.
Anionic PAM: Industrial Waste Water Treatment:
It has the best effect in particular in processing sewage water with suspended particulate, thicker size, high concentration, positive charge particle, neutral or alkalescence water PH value, waste water of iron and steel plants, waste water of electroplating factory, metallurgy waste water, coal washing waste water and other waste water.
Anionic PAM: Drinking Water Treatment:
Water sources of many tap water factories in China come from rivers, the sand and mineral contents are higher, water is muddy, the water still can not achieve demands although passing through sedimentation and filtration, and flocculating agent needs adding; however huge adding amount generates increased mud amount and bad effect. The adding amount is only 1/50 of inorganic flocculating agent if anionic-polyacrylamide is adopted as flocculating agent, but the effect is several times better than the organic flocculating agent, and even dozens of times. If the river water with severe organic matter pollution can be matched with anionic-polyacrylamide for use, the effect will be better.
Anionic PAM: Paper-making adhesive:
The product can be used as fining agent, residency agent, filtration aid and paper dry and wet intensity reinforcing agent in paper-making industry.

Use:
(1) Industrial waste water treatment:
For the neutral or alkaline waste water with pH value of 7-14, large suspended particles and ions of positive charge, it has the best treating effect, such as the waste water from iron industry, electroplating factory, metallurgical industry, coal washing, etc..

(2) Drinking water treatment:
When the drinking water still does not meet the standard after the treatment of the precipitation and filtering, then the APAM can be used as the flocculant. Its dosage is 2%-5% of that of the inorganic flocculants, but the effect of former is dozens of times of that of latter.

(3) It can be used for the recycling of the loss of brewers' grains in the alcohol plant and starch in the starch factory.

(4) It can be used as the water block agent in the oil field, and also the oil-displacing agent during the tertiary recovery.

(5) It can be applied in the paper-making industry. It can be used as the dispersant, retention aid, etc. in the long fiber paper-making, and also the flocculant for the waste water from the paper-making.

What it is:

GinShiCelare types of cellulosederivatives known as cellulose ethers,specifically Methyl Cellulose(MC), Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose(HPMC), Hydroxyethyl Cellulose(HEC), and Hydroxy Ethyl MethylCellulose (HEMC) made by steps below:

What it does:

How it functions:

Uponeachcellulose ether molecule are the cellulose chain, and the ethergroup,such as the methoxy, the hydroxypropoxy, the hydroxyethoxygroups. Themethoxy group, hydroxyethoxy group, and hydroxypropoxygroups act aswater gatherers, although their ability to gather watervary greatly bytype and number. These water gatherers, which areattached to aentangled backbone of cellulose chain, form a temporarybond between thewater molecule and itself. In doing so, water isphysically trapped bythis cellulose ether molecule. Thus, thewaterborne particles which aredissolved in water is also trapped, byvirtue of the flexible butentangled nature of the cellulose chain.This way, water is in effectretained, and emulsion and suspension isachieved, and because of thefriction force needed to smooth thecellulose chain, the solution isthickened, and pseudoplasticity is achieved.
