CPVC is mainly used for processing tubing and hot water delivery and corrosion medium.
Technology quato:
The CPVC resin is made by chlorination modification of PVC resin and is one advanced engineering material. This product is white or canary loose grain or powder with no smell, odorless and innocuity. After chlorination, the irregularity of molecular bond of the PVC resin and the polarity of molecular chain increase, the dissolvability and chemical stability of the resin also increase, and accordingly improve the heat resistance and resist the corrosion of acid, caustic, salt and oxidant etc. In addition, it improve the mechanical performance of numerical heat distortion temperature and chlorine content increases from 56.7% to 63-69% and Vicat softening temperature from 72-82 to 90-125 ; its highest service temperature can reach 110 and long-term service temperature can reach 95 . Accordingly, CPVC is one kind of advanced engineering plastic with vast foreground.
Application
Tubing CPVC is mainly used for processing tubing and hot water delivery and corrosion medium. It can keep enough strength if the temperature is not more than 100 and can be used for long time under higher inteinsic pressure. The weight of CPVC is only one-sixth of that of brass and one-fifth of steel. It has very low thermal conductivity. Therefore, the pipe produced with CPVC has the characters of low weight, good heat insulation performance without heat preservation.
CPVC pipe can be used as hot sewage pipe, electroplating solution piping, thermochemistry agent transfer piping of enterprises and the wet chlorine transfer piping of Chlorine-Caustic plants.
Jet molding parts CPVC resin can be used to produce the fittings of flow pipe, filtering material, and spin-drier etc, as well as electrical appliances and electronic parts such as wire way, conductor protective layer, electric switch, fuse closure door and insulation material of cable. etc.
Rolling sheet It can be used to produce the chemical equipments that can resist chemicals and corrosion, such as reactor, valve, and electrolyser etc.
Compound material: the CPVC compound material that is compounded by CPVC and certain inorganic or organic fibers has good shock resistance and its heat resistance is better than other resin ' s compound material. It can be produced into sheet, pipe, corrugated plate and profile shapes etc.
CPVC can be used for modification of polyvinyl chloride fiber: the cleaning-solarization temperature of home-made polyvinyl chloride fiber will not be more than 60 . Adding 30% CPVC while weaving the polyvinyl chloride fiber can greatly improve the heat resistance of the product and reduce the shrinkage from original 50% to less than 10%.
Foaming material The heat resistance of foaming material of CPVC is better than that of PVC. The shrinkage at high temperature is very small. It can be used as heat preservation material of heat water pipe and steam pipe and so on. The retentivity to solvent of CPVA with chlorine content more than 60% is very good. The CPVC can be put into the solvent for foaming which can produce the gas while heated, and you can get the homogeneous and mipor foaming gas. The solvent such as hydrocarbon, aether and aldehyde etc with boiling point of 50 160 can be used as vesicant.
Others: the crossblend of CPVC and thermoplastic or heatcurable plastic can remarkably improve the physicomechanical properties of these materials such as improve the heat resistance of the product. The foreign countries have produced the CPVC with higher impact resilience and better transparency through improvement of production technique. This kind of transparent material can be used for products of automobile, CD and audiovisual products. It has good economic benefit.

The ingredient of type TJ-FDN-300 is β-naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde high polycondensate. This product is non air-entrainment high-concentration super high-efficiency water reducing admixture with very good comprehensive performance in the concrete project. With strong dispersion effect on cement particles and high water-reducing rate, this product can save the cement consumption of project and greatly improve the fluidity and workability of mortar concrete; with obvious early strength and enhancement, it can greatly improve the strength of mortar and concrete and have good adaptability to various kinds of cement. It has no chlorides and no corrosion to reinforcing steel bar. It has been widely used in highway, railway bridge, high-storey building, port and dock, hydropower project, pre-stressed structure, and other concrete projects.
Main Technical Performance
1. Type 300 is divided into powder admixture and liquid admixture. The power admixture is chocolate brown; and the liquid admixture is brownish black. It has no toxicity or pollution, and is not inflammable.
2. The addition of type 300II powder admixture is 0.4~1.0% of cementing material; and that of liquid admixture is 1000~2500ml/100kg cementing material; and the water reducing ratio reaches 15~25%.
3. Under the same water-cement ratio, the initial slump of concrete can be improved more than 12cm when adding type 300 admixture, which makes great increase on fluidity.
4. When appropriately add the admixture, the strength of mortar and concrete can be increased 60~80% in one day and three days; 40~70% in seven days; 30~50% in 28 days; and the long-term strength also have been improved correspondingly.
For example: When selecting and using Evergreen P.042.5-level cement, natural medium sand of 2.81 fineness modulus, the artificial gravels of Φ5~40mm continuous graduation and compressive strength of not less than 105Mpa, and drinking water, to prepare C60-level high-strength concrete, such as the concrete of bridge of some highway; (Only for Reference)

Usage
1. Addition: The amount of adding type 300 admixture is 0.4~1.0%, the general addition is 0.75% (calculated as the percentage of dry powder to cement in weight, and the liquid admixture should be converted to the weight of dry powder based on the content of solid , and then calculated). When preparing low-grade concrete or adopting slag cement or Portland - pozzolana cement select and use the amount of 0.4~0.6%; while preparing high-grade and pre-stressed concrete, select and use the amount of 0.75~1.0%.

To ensure the best effect, we recommend for the users who first use this product or are to change the variety of cement, make necessary concrete trial mix testing for the amount and method of adding water-reducing admixture and stirring time. Application
Tubing CPVC is mainly used for processing tubing and hot water delivery and corrosion medium. It can keep enough strength if the temperature is not more than 100 °C and can be used for long time under higher inteinsic pressure. The weight of CPVC is only one-sixth of that of brass and one-fifth of steel. It has very low thermal conductivity. Therefore, the pipe produced with CPVC has the characters of low weight, good heat insulation performance without heat preservation.

The CPVC can be put into the solvent for foaming which can produce the gas while heated, and you can get the homogeneous and mipor foaming gas. The solvent such as hydrocarbon, aether and aldehyde etc with boiling point of 50 — 160 °C can be used as vesicant.

Application
1. Industrial wastewater treatment. The effect is significant especially for wastewater with neutral or alkaline pH value, large suspended particles, high concentration and positive charge, such as wastewater of steel plants, electroplating plants, metallurgical plants and the coal washing plant.
2. Drinking water treatment. Use this product to deal with raw water, which has advantages of small dose, low-cost, no secondary pollution, etc.
3. Papermaking additive. It can used as dispersant of long fiber paper, dry strengthen agent, retention and drainage agent and flocculant for papermaking wastewater,etc

Instruction for use
1. It's very important to make the efficient dispersion during using, otherwise will cause agglomerate and "fish eyes", dissolving time will be longer.
2. Lowhardness water for use; avoid adopting such tank or pool, which will influence on water quality.
3. Improve the water temperature to accelerate the dissolving velocity, but not exceed 50°C.
4.Stirring will accelerate dissolving, but tough stirring will make the dispersant chain broken and degradation. Shipshape agitator with 200 - 500 rpm is the best choice.
5. Commonly mix the product into 0.05%-0.5%(w/w)solution as reserve.
6.Adjust the optimum dosage of product according to application condition.

Non-ionic pam is a homopolymer formed of acrylamide with high purity, good solubility, high molecular weight. This series of products are linear polymer with high molecular weight and low ions degrees.Because of its special groups, and endow it with flocculation and dispersion, thickening and bonding, film, gel, stable colloidal.

Non-ionic polyacrylamide is formed by the homopolymerization of acrylamide. It has high purity ,good fuction,wide uses, and its main usages are as follows:

1) It is the raw mateials used for the changed pam, for example, anionic pam .we can get them from the hydrolysis by choosing different types of nonionic pam.

2) Textile industry auxiliary .It can be made into slurry chemicals by adding other additives. For textile sizing, can improve the adhesion, penetration and performance of pulp removal, the fabric has anti-static, reduce sizing rate, plasma cutter to reduce plaque, cloth breakage rate and litter.
