Characteristics:
With high strength and high modulus,silicon carbide fiber has good corrosive resistance, salt and fog corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and radiation resistance. It has better high temperature stability than carbon fiber and boron fiber In the air. This product can be used for metal and ceramic matrix composites with semiconductor performance and good compatibility with metal.
Application:

As short fiber Certain length silicon carbide fiber can be compounded with aluminum alloy substrate, titanium alloy substrate, magnesium substrate to SiC fiber/aluminum base, SiC fiber/titanium matrix, SiC fiber/magnesium matrix composite so as to produce various parts of heat resistance,abrasion resistance,heat conductivity and certain properties of high temperature.

Can be made into SiC felt and used for flue dust removal, desulfurization, nitric acid removal,automobile exhaust processing and also making the filtration material.

Note:
The product is brittle and it should avoid bending preservation. The surface dipping tow agents,decide whether to eliminate according to the specific use.
